This is a draft, not a binding document. The structure below covers the sections a public offer for selling digital content and services in Ukraine normally requires. Registration details, deadlines and refund terms must be completed and reviewed by a lawyer or accountant before launch. See docs/business-checklist.md.

The Ukrainian version is the authoritative text; this translation is for convenience.

This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into a contract on the terms set out below. Paying for a service or a course constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

The provider offers:

• access to online courses (recorded video lessons) for a defined period;
• one-to-one and group surf lessons;
• online consultations and video technique analysis.

Prices are shown on the relevant pages of this site. Payment is taken by bank card through a payment service.

4. Access to online courses

Access opens automatically once payment succeeds and lasts for the period stated on the course page. There is no limit on the number of views during that period.

Surfing carries a risk of injury. Participants confirm that they have no medical contraindications and are comfortable in water.
